The organisers of Convene Auckland 2010 will be offering spot door prizes from an Auckland winery for visitors who register prior to April 16 2010.  The entry is 'activated' when the pre-registrated visitor collects their name tag at the registration desk on Level 4 of SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre. 

There is no charge to attend Convene Auckland 2010 and visitors are welcome to either:

Attend the Convene Auckland trade exhibition 9.00am to 5.00pm on Tuesday April 20 on Level 4 and Level 5 of SKYCITY Auckland Convention Centre.

OR

Attend the Convene Auckland trade exhibition 9.00am to 5.00pm on Tuesday April 20 and the Familiarisation experience and cocktail function at THE EDGE on Monday April 19.

Convene Auckland is aimed at New Zealanders who organise events in the greater Auckland area from Northland to Waikato. In the past years more than 350 key decision makers visited the one day event, with a strong turn-out from professional incentive and conference organisers and other administrative professionals who organise their company's functions, road shows, Christmas parties, staff incentives, conferences, seminars and other special events.

Convene Auckland's 2009 educational sessions received rave reviews from buyers who took the opportunity to get some FREE tips on organising events.  In response to the great feedback ProMag Publishing will be expanding the speaker and entertainment programme for 2010.

Auckland Convention Bureau organised an exciting and educational variety of famil options for all buyers attending ConveneAuckland 2009.  Auckland Familiarisation experiences will again feature as a value added component for buyers attending Convene Auckland 2010 co-ordinated by Auckland Convention Bureau.  Scheduled for the 19th April, the day prior to the exhibition.  The familarisation experiences are a great introduction for buyers to products and services on offer in the wider Auckland area.  Familiarisation experience details below are subject to change.

Step outside the city, away from the hustle and bustle and see the treasures of Auckland’s South.  Whether it’s for a conference, offsite event or activity, and out about some of the best the South has to offer.

Adrenalin Auckland
Experience the thrills and spills of adventurous Auckland.  Walking around the Southern Hemisphere’s tallest tower, jumping off the harbour bridge and sailing America’s Cup racing yachts are all part of this adrenalin packed day.
