A half sized stand costs $1000 excl. GST (2.4m wide x 1.5m deep) and includes black frontrunner walls, two ID fin company signs, 10amp four plug power outlet, two 150watt spotlights, one mini trestle table, two venue chairs and registration for one stand delegate.
A mini sized stand costs $850 excl. GST (2.4m wide x 1.2m deep) and includes black frontrunner walls, two ID fin company signs, 10amp four plug power outlet, a 150watt spotlight, one mini trestle table, two venue chairs and registration for one stand delegate.
To register additional stand delegates costs NZ$100 excl GST per person.
A confirmation letter and invoice will be provided to the Exhibitor on receipt of this Exhibitor Stand Booking form by the exhibition manager. A deposit payment of 40%, must be received by ProMag Publishing Ltd, the exhibition managers, prior to the 20th of the following month to fully confirm stand space at Convene Auckland. Please contact the exhibition manager, Tess Mason if you have not received confirmation of receipt of your booking within seven days of submitting this form.
Please note: Bookings are conditional upon this form being completed and payment, on invoices, of stand. The organisers reserve the right to reassign the stand to another exhibitor if this condition is not fulfilled.
