Convene showcases function, meeting and event facilities in the greater Auckland area (from Northland to Waikato) to buyers from New Zealand and Australia. The exhibition allows anyone who organises corporate events (from the company Christmas party to a major conference) to source a diverse range of products and services under one roof, on one day.
 

Viaduct Events Centre comes alive

From expo, to seminars, to interactive catering and entertainment, Auckland based business events organisers had the opportunity to experience one of the city’s exciting new venues in various ‘modes’ during Convene 2012 on Tuesday May 1, 2012.  During the exhibition catering breaks there were a mixture of different entertainment acts, a great 'sampling' opportunity for event organisers on the hunt for new entertainers at their events. Level 2 hosted two educational seminars and was fully themed to provide a colourful and lively environment to activate buyers sense.

The 2013 exhibition will be held in Auckland at the Viaduct Events Centre on Tuesday April 16. The Convene 2013 Exhibitor Prospectus and Stand Booking form will be available online shortly. 
 

The 2012 Exhibitor Awards go to ............

The Convene Exhibitor Awards recognise and acknowledge the effort companies have put into the presentation of their exhibition stand and their interaction with buyers. The exhibition stands were judged by two ‘mystery shoppers’ throughout the duration of the exhibition. Congratulations to Centrepiece, Pacific Linen and Spyglass Group (pictured left) who with combined efforts of making an unforgettable experience for buyers on their stand won the Best Stand of the Year Award.  First Scene (pictured right) received the Best Stand Runner Up Award, whilst Insphire (pictured in the center below) took out the Best New Comer Award.  Congratulations to Stage Hire Services who received the Best New Comer Runner Up Award.
