•   A double sized stand costs $4200 excl. GST (6.0m wide x 2.4m deep) and includes black frontrunner walls, two ID fin company signs, two 10amp four plug power outlets, four 150watt spotlights, registration for four stand delegates and four Convene Welcome Cocktail tickets.

•   A standard sized stand costs $2200 excl. GST (3.0m wide x 2.4m deep) and includes black frontrunner walls, two ID fin company signs, a 10amp four plug power outlet, two 150watt spotlights, registration for two stand delegates and two Convene Welcome Cocktail tickets.

•   A Half sized stand costs $1200 excl. GST (3.0m wide x 1.2m deep or 2.4m wide by 1.5m deep) and includes black frontrunner walls, two ID fin company signs, a 10amp four plug power outlet, two 150watt spotlights, registration for two stand delegates and one Convene Welcome Cocktail ticket.

Note: There is no furniture allocation included in the stand cost.  Exhibitors need to supply their own stand furniture and table cloths.

Additional stand delegates cost NZ$100 excl. GST per person.

The stand cost exclusive of GST $

A confirmation letter and invoice will be provided to the Exhibitor on receipt of this Exhibitor Stand Booking form by the exhibition manager. A deposit payment of 40%, must be received by ProMag Publishing Ltd, the exhibition manager, prior to the 20^th of the following month to fully confirm stand space at Convene. Please contact the exhibition manager if you have not received confirmation of receipt of your booking within seven days of placement.

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are conditional upon this form being completed and payment, on invoices, of stand. The organisers reserve the right to reassign the allocated stand to another exhibitor if this condition is not fulfilled.
